If you would like to attend the 7th European Congress MHID please join us in De Meervaart (Meer en Vaart 300) in Amsterdam.
Upon arrival you are able to register at the NEW REGISTRATION desk in the Main Hall.

Registration on and after 1st August € 550,=
Dayticket € 275,=

Congress registration dates and fees:
Registration before 1st April 2009 € 450.-
Registration on and after 1st April until 1st August € 500,-
Registration on and after 1st August € 550,-

Reduction for members of the EAMHID
Members of the EAMHID have a reduction of € 50,- on the above mentioned fees.
The costs for membership are:
Organisation membership € 390,- per year
Individual membership € 75,- per year, only € 140,- for 2 years.

Special fees
There is a special fee (half price) for full time PhD students. We do have to receive a letter from your professor. There is a limited number available.
For people from European countries with a low income it may be possible to have a special fee. Please send a request by mail.

Cancellation dates and fees:
Should you be unable to attend the congress, it is possible to send a replacement.
Please notify Congresso of such a change as soon as possible.
Cancellations should be made in writing (stating your name and reference number) and sent to Congresso.
In case of cancellations before 1st August 2009 you receive a full refund after deduction of € 50,- administration costs.
No refunds will be made after 1st August 2009.

Accreditatie
There will be applied for 'accreditatie' at the NIP, NVAVG, FGZP and NVVP.
