Mental Capital a comprehensive notion all, people with intellectual disabilities included Mental Capital includes the management of the mental potential in people. Society pays a high price when they fail to all citizens. All should participate in the maintaining and progression of society. Work should be attuned to individual capacities and potential. Participation in development of society by means of a productive contribution enhances self-esteem and should be valorized. People with intellectual disabilities are as sensitive to inclusion as any other. A challenge for us to advocate their potential and help them becoming valuable and valued fellow citizens in our societies!
